The following yellow zone post codes are despatched on a 48hr service: AB30, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-10, FK8, FK17-21, PH10-11, PH13-14, TD15.
*Blue Zone: Liquids over 1ltr will be shipped on a 48hr service.
**Items advertised with extended delivery lead times are not eligible for our premium delivery services.
You will need to be in to sign for your delivery. For parcels where this is not possible residential addresses can now pickup, after the initial delivery attempt, from the post office. Please look out for your failed delivery card for details of your local collection point. For Trade addresses, two delivery attempts will be made before goods are returned to the local depot for collection.
Delivery times are between 7:30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) and 7:30am – 2pm (Saturday).
For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually made the next day, however, due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are currently operating a 2 (working) day delivery service for most items.

Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the Carrier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the carrier is unable to deliver. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility and may incur an additional cost.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Age Restricted Item Deliveries:
As a responsible supplier of knives, corrosives and other harmful substances, our courier will conduct an age verification check upon delivery. This only applies when signing for a parcel that contains one of these products. Our delivery driver will ask for proof of identification before handing over your parcel. Accepted forms of ID are- Passport, Driver’s license or a Citizens card. Please be aware that if identification cannot be produced at the point of delivery then the driver will not deliver your parcel.
