The unit is versatile, allowing you to cook in many ways, from boiling to searing, giving the capacity to prepare a number of dishes. The hob comprises an enamelled, extra heavy cast iron burner and grid with a stainless steel body, and requires fitting by a gas safe engineer. A gas hose and regulator are not supplied with this natural gas model.
